Hanging upside down is a fun little game that Michael and Guy play together on a regular basis... they both think it's pretty wonderful.

    Oh wow, pretty intense!

    And also, omg 4th degree tear. I had to look it up since I didn't know what it was. I only knew that a nurse told me that I had a 2nd degree tear.
