Big Boy Bed - Fail

The monkey finally figured out how to crawl out of his crib last month & to say we were bummed would be an understatement. So after we got back from California, we set about converting his crib into a toddler bed.

 I don't think he quite grasped the concept that he no longer had to climb over the side to get out of the crib... that or he decided it was way more fun and easy this way. Who knows.

While we were in there, I decided that maybe I should try cleaning the space up a bit. He rarely spends any time in his room, other than to sleep, so it's kind of become a storage and toy junk spot. Now it's nice and clean (just don't look on the closet side of the room) and he spends even less time in there now that he's started sleeping in the king-sized guest bed. Oy.

    That is comical to see him climbing over the side even though he doesn't need to. The room looks really nice. It is much easier to keep it clean when he doesn't go in it.
