Now that I've finished crying...
At Michael's prompting, Monkey said mom/mama twice today, specifically in reference to me.
This is the first time he's ever said it. Let that sink in for a little while.
He is now 2 years, 9 months old and today is the first day he's ever truly referred to me as mom/mama. Two years and nine months.
I can't even begin to tell you what it means to hear him refer to me as mom.
And now more crying...
Awwww! That is the best thing ever. Hopefully you will never get sick of hearing it :)
